- We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
- Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of: Damaged product Missing item(s).
- An uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and full opening process is mandatory for any claim.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
