  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of: Damaged product Missing item(s).
  • An uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and full opening process is mandatory for any claim.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
